How it works

1. Create an account

   Choose whether you are an agent or a landlord and confirm your email address.

2. List your property

   Enter the postcode and house number and the address is looked up automatically. Add the price, features, a description and up to 30 photos.

3. Receive messages

   Home seekers send you a message from the property page. You read and answer messages in My 123 Home.

For real estate agents

List your agency’s properties under your agency name. Your agency name, phone number and website appear with every property, and all your properties are shown together on your own advertiser page.

For landlords and private sellers

Offer your home without an intermediary. You decide which details are shown, and you mark the home as under offer, rented or sold as soon as that is the case.

House rules

• Only list properties you are allowed to offer, with correct prices and your own photos.
• For rentals, state all costs clearly, as required by the Dutch Good Landlordship Act (Wet goed verhuurderschap).
• Discrimination against home seekers is not allowed.
• Never ask for payment before someone has viewed the home and an agreement has been signed.
