1. About 123 Home

123 Home is an online platform of 123-NL B.V. (Chamber of Commerce 88560686) where real estate agents and landlords offer homes and home seekers contact them. 123 Home itself is not a party to any rental or purchase agreement.

2. Account

You provide correct details when creating an account and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens with your account.

3. Listing properties

• Listing is free for as long as 123 Home says so. If this changes, you will be told well in advance.
• You only list properties you are allowed to offer, with correct and complete information and photos you hold the rights to.
• For rentals you comply with the law, including the Dutch Good Landlordship Act: no discrimination, clear costs and no prohibited agency fees.
• You keep the status of your property up to date and take it offline when it is no longer available.

4. What is not allowed

Fake listings, misleading information, asking for payment before a viewing and signed agreement, spam and collecting other users’ data are not allowed. We may remove listings and accounts that break these rules without notice.

5. Tip for home seekers

Never pay a deposit or rent before you have seen the home and signed an agreement. If a listing looks suspicious, email info@yari-immigration.nl.

6. Liability

Advertisers are responsible for their listings. 123 Home does not check listings in advance and is not liable for their content or for arrangements between users, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Oost-Brabant.
