Who we are

123 Home is provided by 123-NL B.V., Hurksestraat 60, 5652 AL Eindhoven, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 88560686). We are responsible for processing your personal data through this website.

What data we process

• Account: email address, password (encrypted), name, account type and, if you add them, agency name, phone number and website.
• Properties: address, features, price, description and photos added by advertisers.
• Messages: the name, email address, phone number (optional) and message you send to an advertiser.
• Saved homes: which homes you have saved.

What we use it for

We use this data to run your account, show properties and pass messages on to the right advertiser. A message sent from a property page is visible only to the advertiser of that property. The legal basis is the performance of our agreement with you (your use of 123 Home).

Details an advertiser adds to their profile (name, agency name, phone number, website) are shown publicly with their properties.

Who processes it

• Supabase: database, login and photo storage, on servers in Frankfurt (EU).
• Netlify: website hosting.
• PDOK (Dutch Land Registry): address lookup and maps. The address or map area you look up is sent to PDOK.
• Bunny Fonts: fonts, without cookies or tracking.

We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser only stores what is needed to keep you logged in.

How long we keep it

We keep account data for as long as your account exists. Properties and messages are kept until the advertiser deletes them or the account is closed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing, by emailing info@yari-immigration.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
